Shipping fees: $3 for shipping within the U.S.; $8 for international shipping; all items sent via USPS Priority Mail.
Once we receive your order, we begin making your journals in the studio, with everything ready to ship 7 to 14 days thereafter. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for shipping.
We package all orders securely so that they will arrive safely on your doorstep. Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking information and delivery confirmation (USPS does not provide tracking and insurance for international delivery). Since we do our best to ensure your order is well-packed and properly shipped, should your order be lost in shipping or arrives damaged, we will not be able to refund or replace your items, though we can provide you with full shipping details so you can take up a compensation request with your local post office.
Because of the custom, handmade quality of our paper goods, items are not returnable.
